Terms of use
Effective September 29, 2026
These terms cover the Mothers.org questionnaire service operated by Mothers.org LLC. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Contact us at hi@mothers.org with questions.
The questionnaire service
Mothers.org lets you complete questionnaires and save, review, edit, and export your responses. Participation is voluntary, and you may skip any question or stop at any time. No payment or gift is offered for completing a questionnaire.
The questionnaires are prompts for personal reflection. They do not provide medical, mental-health, financial, or legal advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Matching, comparisons, and research participation are not part of the current service.
Your account and responses
Use your own Google account and keep access to it secure. You retain your rights in the responses you provide. You permit Mothers.org LLC and its service providers to store and process those responses only as needed to provide the questionnaire service, as described in our privacy notice.
Do not impersonate another person, submit another person’s private information without permission, attempt to access someone else’s answers, or disrupt the service. We may restrict access when necessary to address misuse or protect the service and its users.
Availability and leaving the service
Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. You can export your saved responses from the answers view. You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account and responses by emailing hi@mothers.org.
Updates
We will post changes to these terms here with an updated effective date. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
