Privacy notice

Effective September 29, 2026

Mothers.org is operated by Mothers.org LLC. This notice explains how we handle information when you use our questionnaires. Contact us at hi@mothers.org.

Information you provide

When you sign in with Google, we receive an account identifier and basic profile information, such as your name, email address, and profile image. Google handles your Google password; we do not receive it. We request basic sign-in information, not access to your Gmail, Drive, or contacts.

We store the questionnaire answers and optional written notes you choose to provide, your progress, and your language preference. Some questions concern sensitive subjects, including health, relationships, family plans, and finances. Every question is optional. Avoid including another person’s identifying or private information in your answers.

How we use information

We use your account information to authenticate you and your answers to provide your saved questionnaires, including review, editing, and export. Questionnaire responses are used only for the questionnaire service. We do not use them for research, matching, advertising, or AI model training, and we do not sell them.

Who processes information

Google provides Google sign-in. Supabase provides authentication and database storage; our current database is hosted in the United States. Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website. These providers process information needed to operate their services, which may include network, device, authentication, and security logs.

Other users cannot access your answers through the application. Mothers.org LLC’s authorized personnel and service providers may access information as needed to operate, secure, or support the questionnaire service. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Browser storage

Your browser stores authentication information to keep you signed in and a language preference. The application does not load advertising trackers or marketing analytics scripts. Signing out ends your session; it does not delete your saved answers.

Keeping and managing your information

We retain account information and responses to provide your saved questionnaires. You can review and edit your answers or export them from the questionnaire’s answers view. To request access, correction, or deletion of your account and responses, email hi@mothers.org from the address associated with your account. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.

Account deletion is currently handled by request, rather than through a button in the site. Technical logs and backup copies may remain according to our providers’ retention processes or legal requirements. Rights available to you may depend on where you live.

Changes and questions

We will update this notice when our practices change and identify the effective date here. Any new use of questionnaire responses will require an updated notice and any consent required for that use. Send privacy questions to hi@mothers.org.
